Validity

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Gift vouchers may expire and cannot be revalidated.

Redemption

  • Gift vouchers can only be redeemed on The Pellet Man website.
  • Gift vouchers may be used for full payment only, no refund for part used voucher.
  • Gift vouchers may not be able to be used to purchase other gift cards.

Cancellation

  • Gift vouchers may not be able to be canceled or refunded after the first 14 day period.
  • The Pellet Man may cancel the gift voucher for certain reasons, such as a breach of the terms and conditions.

Other terms and conditions

  • The Pellet Man may change the terms and conditions without notice.
  • The Pellet Man may be liable for certain losses, but not for losses caused by events beyond their control.
  • The customer may be liable for certain taxes, duties, and other charges.
  • The customer will be responsible for keeping the gift voucher details confidential.
