How Phat is your Kebab?
Tasty Lamb Kebabs made with spices and flavours from the Acient Greeks.
Servings 2 or 3 if not so greedy!
Ingredients
750g Minced Lamb
Big Phat Greek Seasoning Add To Cart
2 Flat Breads (Your Choice)
1/2 Red Onion
1/4 Head Of White Cabbage
1 Carrot
2 Tomatoes
6 Pickled Peppers
Cooking Pellets
Charcoal ADD TO CART
Directions
1. Put the Lamb Mince in to a bowl and add 3tbs Big Phat Greek Seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
2. Put in fridge for a couple of hours to let the flavours develop.
3. Set Ninja Woodfire up on Grill medium, you can add some Pellets if you want a deeper smoke flavour.
4. Devide Kebab Mix in to 4.
5. Use your desired kebad skewers and form a kebab on to each skewer.
6. when Ninja Grill is up to temperature, lay kebabs on to grill plate and close lid
7. While kebabs are cooking thinly slice the Cabbage, ribbon the Carrot, thinly slice the Red Onion and slice
the Tomatoes in to eights.
8. After 3-4 minutes turn Kebabs
9. When Kebabs reach 72°C remove.
10. Warm you breads on the Grill
11. Serve your Kebabs sitting on a layer of your Salad on the Breads.
12.Garnish with Pickled Peppers!
