Pair sweet & sticky honey chicken with fluffy rice and crunchy spring onions and only good things can happen. We cook it in the Ninja Woodfire Oven or Grill to get a great colour on the chicken and muddle the marinade together the night before to max out those flavours. A cracker of a dish!
Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl, add the chicken and allow to marinate overnight (or 3 hours minimum), taking it out 30 minutes before cooking.
Preheat the Ninja Woodfire Oven or Grill to 160°C. Place the chicken and marinade in an oven dish, sprinkle with a little more honey chilli seasoning and roast for 15 minutes.
Baste the chicken in the honey chilli juices, cover with foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve with rice, sliced spring onions and toasted sesame seeds.
