When Two Great Rubs Combine

When you combine Angus & Oink Honey & Chilli Seasoning with Garlic Butter Seasoning!

Servings 2/3 as a snack.


Ingredients


1.1 kg Chicken Wings

1/4 Cup Angus & Oink Honey Chilli Seasoning . Purchase Here

1/4 Cup Angus & Oink Garlic Butter. Purchase Here

Seseame Seeds to garnish.




Cooking Pellets

You can use Apple Pellets if desired. Add To Cart 

Directions

  1. Mix together the Honey & Chilli Seasoning and the Garlic Butter Seasoning.
  2. Put the Chicken Wings into a bowl and sprinkle the blended Seasoning over.
  3. With a gloved hand get in there and thoughly cover the Wings with the Seasoning.
  4. Put into a Fridge for at least 1 hour, upto 4 hours is best.
  5. Set your Ninja Woodfire Grill to Smoke and 160°C. After the Grill has gone through its start procedure wait a few minutes for the thick White Smoke to turn into thin Blue Smoke. 
  6. If you have a Crisper Basketthe use that. Arrange the Wings in the grill allowing room around them.
  7. Cook for approximately 16 minutes, then change Grill settings to Air Fry and 200°C.
  8. Cook wings for a further 2-3 minutes until skin turns crispy and Internal Temperature hits 74°.
  9. Remove from Ninja Woodfire Oven, Garnish with Sesame Seeds.
