We have taken the ever popular McRib sandwich and added our very own Chinese Takeaway twist to it, by flavouring it with our epic Chinese Takeaway Salt & Pepper seasoning!

This is food fusion at it's finest, we're sure you'll agree!

Introducing the ultimate food fusion sensation: the McRib with a Chinese Takeaway twist! We've taken the ever-popular McRib sandwich and infused it with our epic Chinese Takeaway Salt & Pepper seasoning.

It's like East meets West in the most scrumptious way possible! This is food fusion at its finest, and we're sure you'll agree!

Ingredients

  • 250g Pork Mince per patty

  • 1Tbsp Chinese Takeaway Seasonining ADD TO CART

    Add To Cart
  • Sprinkle of Salt

  • Oyster Sauce 20ml

  • Honey 10ml

  • Sesame Seeds 15g

  • Bun of your choice!

  • Garnish - spring onions, sliced gherkins and extra sauce!

Directions

Mix 1 tablespoon of Chinese Takeaway Seasoning with 250g of Pork Mince.

Shape into a rectangular shaped patty and use your fingers to create the iconic McRib grooves!

Set your Ninja Woodfire Grill to Smoke setting, Temp 180°C add Cherry Pellets and start.

Combine 1 teaspoon of Chinese Takeaway seasoning with 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and a good squirt of honey.

Add the patty to the grill after the white smoke has died down to clean smoke.

Glaze the patty every 3-5 minutes while cooking until caramelised and the internal temp is above 75c, remove and rest.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Toast your bun slightly then add the patty and garnish with spring onion, gherkins and extra sauce!
