This is a simple pizza, that every one can enjoy as it’s vegetarian.

Ingredients
For the Pizza Dough
Flour: 307 g
Water: 184 g
Salt: 7.7 g
Instant Dried Yeast: 1.02 g
Pizza Toppings
1 Jar of Green Pesto
1 to 2 Balls of Mozzarella
12 Roasted Baby Tomatoes
Fresh Basil To Garnish
Cooking Pellets
You can use Charcoal Pellets if desired. Add To Cart
Directions
Make your Pizza Dough first, 24 hours before using. Mix all ingredients together, knead for 2-3 minutes, put in a bowl and cover, then leave in fridge for 20 hours.
On day of cookng, remove dough from fridge, cut into 2 equal sizes balls, using hands form into two smooth looking balls about the size of a tennis ball, cover and rest until needed.
Set your Ninja Woodfire Oven to Roast and 180°C. When upto temperature put your Tomatoes in to and oven proof dish and Roast until soft and taking on colour. About 40 minutes. Then remove and allow to cool.
Its time to make Pizza! Set your Ninja Woodfire Oven to Pizza and Custom 370°C.
Using a floured board form your Pizza Dough Balls in to Pizza shape. ( Lots of videos on web showing how to do this)
When Pizza is formed, add 30ml (2 good Table Spoons) of the Pesto base and spread out evenly, leaving a 1cm gap around the edge.
Cut your Mozzarella into 5mm strips and arrange in a pattern so when the Pizza is cut, every slice of Pizza has Mozzarella on it!
Pop a Roastec Tomato on top of each slice of Mozzarella.
Cook in Ninja Woodfire Oven for 2 minutes, checking after 1.5 minutes that its not burning.
Remove from Ninja Woodfire Oven, Garnish with Basil Leafs, slice enjoy!
